How billing works

You start on the Free plan: 25 customers, no card, no time limit.

When you want more, pick Starter, Growth or Pro and pay by card through Stripe, which handles the payment page and receipts. We never see your card number.

If a renewal payment fails, you have 7 days to update your card before stamping pauses. Your cards and customers stay where they are.

Cancel any time from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for, then your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted.

Billing questions

When am I charged?

Only when you pick a plan. Then the same card is charged on the same day each month or year through Stripe.

Can I switch between monthly and yearly?

Yes, any time from Billing. Stripe prorates the difference so you never pay twice for the same days.

Do you charge sales tax?

Prices are in US dollars. Where we’re required to collect sales tax, it’s added at checkout.

Is there a setup fee or a per-card fee?

No. One subscription covers unlimited stamps and staff, with customers up to your plan’s limit.

What if I have more than one business?

Each business has its own account and subscription, with its own card, staff and customers.
