Terms of Service

Last updated October 12, 2026

Frequents is a service of Pascual Media LLC. These terms are the agreement between Pascual Media LLC (“we”, “us”) and the business that creates an account (“you”). By creating an account you agree to them. Please read them; they are short.

1. Who we are

Pascual Media LLC builds and runs Frequents. You can reach us at support@getfrequents.com.

2. The service

Frequents lets your business issue a digital stamp card that customers add to Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, gives your staff a web page to scan and stamp those cards, gives you a dashboard to design the card and see your numbers, and gives you a public page with your links.

3. Your account

You need an account to use Frequents. Keep your sign-in private. You are responsible for everyone you invite as staff and for what they do with the scanner. Tell us at support@getfrequents.com if you think someone has access who should not.

4. Free plan and billing

Every business starts on the Free plan: up to 25 customers, no card, no time limit. When you want more you choose Starter ($19.99 a month or $179.99 a year), Growth ($34.99 a month or $314.99 a year) or Pro ($59.99 a month or $539.99 a year), in US dollars, charged by Stripe to the card you provide. Plans renew automatically until you cancel. Where we are required to collect sales tax, it is added at checkout.

If a renewal payment fails you have 7 days to update your card. After that, stamping and new cards pause until a payment goes through. Your data is not deleted because a payment failed.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from Billing. You keep your plan until the end of the period you have paid for; your account then returns to the Free plan with its limits. Nothing is deleted. If you want your account and data removed, write to support@getfrequents.com and we delete it within 30 days. We do not refund partial periods.

6. Your customers’ data

Your customers give their name and a phone number or email to get a card. That data belongs to your relationship with them. You are responsible for collecting it lawfully and for what you tell your customers about it. We process it only to run the service for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use Frequents to:

  • Send unlawful, deceptive or abusive content through pass updates or your public page.
  • Send updates your customers have not reasonably agreed to receive.
  • Scrape, probe or overload the service, or try to reach another business’s data.
  • Resell the service or present it as your own product.

We may suspend an account that breaks these rules. We will tell you why.

8. Wallet passes and third parties

Passes are delivered by Apple Wallet and Google Wallet under their own terms. We cannot guarantee those platforms will be available or will keep supporting a feature. Payments are handled by Stripe; sign-in by Clerk. Their terms apply to their parts of the service.

9. Changes and availability

We improve Frequents continuously and may change or retire features. We will tell you in advance about changes that affect how you work. We aim for the service to be available all the time but do not promise a specific uptime.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Frequents is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost revenue, and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Disputes are resolved in the courts of that state unless the law gives you a different right.
