Privacy Policy
Last updated October 12, 2026
Frequents is a service of Pascual Media LLC. This policy explains what we collect, why, and who we share it with. It is written for business owners and for their customers who hold a card.
1. Who we are
Pascual Media LLC runs Frequents. For anything in this policy, write to support@getfrequents.com.
2. What we collect from business owners and staff
- Your name and email address, through our sign-in provider Clerk, so you can log in.
- Your business name, logo, colors, locations and links, which you enter to set up your card and public page.
- Billing details, handled by Stripe. We receive the status of your subscription. We never see your card number.
3. What we collect from your customers
- The name and the phone number or email address a customer enters to get a card.
- Each stamp and redemption, with the time it happened and which staff member recorded it.
- Wallet device registrations: an anonymous token Apple or Google gives us so the pass can be updated on that phone. It does not identify the person.
We do not collect a customer’s location. Lock-screen reminders are handled on the phone by Apple Wallet or Google Wallet using the business addresses embedded in the pass.
4. How we use it
- To run the service: issue cards, record stamps, update passes, show the business its numbers.
- To send pass updates a business asks us to send to its own customers.
- To support you, bill you and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it for advertising.
5. Who we share it with
- Vercel, which hosts the application.
- Neon, which hosts the database.
- Clerk, which handles sign-in for owners and staff.
- Stripe, which handles payments.
- Apple and Google, which deliver and update wallet passes on their platforms.
Each of them processes data only to provide its service to us. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
6. Where it lives
Our servers and database are in the United States. If you use Frequents from elsewhere, your data is transferred to and stored there.
7. How long we keep it
While your account exists. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your business and its customers’ data within 30 days. Stripe keeps billing records as the law requires.
8. Your choices
Business owners can see their customer list in the dashboard (and export it on Growth and Pro) and can ask us to delete their account and data. Customers who want their card and data removed can ask the business that issued it or write to us at support@getfrequents.com with the business name; we will remove it.
9. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Every business’s data is isolated from every other’s. Card codes are random and cannot be guessed. Staff can only stamp cards that belong to their own business.
10. Children
Frequents is for businesses and their adult customers. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe we have, write to us and we will delete it.
11. Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will tell business owners by email before the change takes effect. The date at the top shows the current version.
